By using BillBox, you agree to these terms.
The Service
BillBox is a personal bill management app that runs entirely on your device. It helps you track bills, due dates, and payment history. BillBox does not access your bank accounts, make payments on your behalf, or provide financial advice.
Your Data
All data you enter into BillBox is stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data. BillBox provides backup and export tools for this purpose. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from device failure, app uninstallation, or clearing app data without creating a backup.
BillBox Pro
The free tier supports up to 5 bills with full functionality. BillBox Pro is available as a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks unlimited bills and removes the "Made with BillBox" footer. Purchases are processed through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's refund policies.
Accuracy
BillBox calculates due dates, reminders, and payment summaries based on the information you provide. We do not guarantee the accuracy of these calculations for tax, legal, or financial reporting purposes. Always verify important financial information independently.
Limitation of Liability
BillBox is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for missed bill payments, incorrect calculations, data loss, or any damages arising from your use of the app. Bill reminders are a convenience feature and should not be your sole method of tracking payment obligations.
Termination
You may stop using BillBox at any time by uninstalling the app. We reserve the right to discontinue the app or modify features at any time.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where you reside.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
